Shipping policy

Shipping costs and delivery areas 

Shipping is free for all orders within the USA.

Add-on supply sets are priced for consolidated shipping with a kit order to a single address; orders for add-ons shipped separately may be subject to additional shipping charges. 

At this time, we do not ship internationally. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may be subject to a surcharge (see below).

Quarterly shipping schedule 

We confirm your order right away, but to ensure kits arrive in time for each teaching season, all orders ship on a fixed quarterly schedule: the 15th of February, May, August, and November. Your order will ship on the first shipping date after we receive your payment or purchase order. If you need your kit sooner, please contact us at help@LitWits.com and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

When your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier.

Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii I

If we determine that actual shipping charges for your order will exceed $20.00, we'll contact you to discuss a surcharge and provide an estimated delivery date. If the surcharge or delivery window isn't acceptable, you may cancel your order at no charge.

Cancellations 

You may cancel your order at any time between the date of purchase and the date your order ships. To cancel, please email help@LitWits.com with your order number.

Shipment problems 

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we'll replace it at no charge. For any questions or concerns, please email help@LitWits.com.
